BT23.com is a Southern California online music and new media community. We are independent, musician-owned, and specialize in eclectic modern rock and acid jazz. We are pioneering a revolutionary approach to building a network of new-music advocates. We believe that word-of-mouth is the most powerful way to build awareness about new music. So instead of spending money on radio payola, videos, etc., we reward music lovers directly for spreading the word about bands that they like. (Details on "The $y$tem").
